Is there pork or alcohol on the menu?

No. On The Bop is a chicken restaurant. There is no pork anywhere on the menu and we do not serve alcohol.

Is halal the same as allergen-free?

No. Halal is about where the meat comes from. Our kitchen also works with wheat, soy, sesame, eggs and dairy, so cross-contamination is possible. If you have a food allergy, please call us before you order.

What is Korean fried chicken?

Korean fried chicken is fried twice for a thin, extra-crispy crust, then tossed or served with bold sauces — sweet soy, garlic, spicy gochujang. We serve it over rice as a bop (rice bowl), in a sandwich, as poppers, or as wings.
